Recently, we finished the filming period of our kind and magical New Year’s TV movie titled “Novorichna zmina.” An incredible adventure, love, and a snow-white dog await our viewers on January 1, 2024! The festive story, created by ICTV Channel in collaboration with SFERA FILM studio, will tell about the adventures of Ukrainian police officers on New Year’s Eve and will also bring back a four-legged hero—a dog capable of finding the most dangerous criminals. Its creators promise: the film will fill viewers with the magic of the holiday and once again prove that light always triumphs over darkness. According to the plot, police lieutenant Ostap Mazur, played by actor Ivan Zhilyuk, investigates a complicated case on the eve of the New Year. He is partnered with his future father-in-law, Captain Yuriy Bohdanovych Kovalenko (Serhiy Solopay), who does not consider the young man worthy of his daughter Lana (Valeria Fokina). Despite their personal conflict, the heroes will have to work together, as the life of their loved one—Lana—is at stake. Will the men be able to find common ground to solve the case, save the capital, and the New Year’s holiday? A Samoyed dog named Mars participated in the filming.
